Refund policy

Effective date: 1 January 2019

Last updated on: 6th June 2025

Our refund policy is built on trust and fairness. We understand that when you subscribe to JustInvoicit, you're investing in us — and we take that seriously. If something doesn’t feel right, just email us at [email protected]. We’ll always do our best to make things right.

1. Examples of full refunds we’d grant

If you were just charged for your next billing cycle but intended to cancel, we’re happy to refund that charge.

If you forgot to cancel JustInvoicit a couple of months ago and haven’t used the service since, we’ll refund those months.

If you tried JustInvoicit for a short time and weren’t satisfied, we’ll return your money in full.

2. Examples of partial refunds or credits we’d grant

If you forgot to cancel a while ago and there’s been account activity (e.g., logins, invoices sent), we’ll review your usage and offer a fair partial refund based on how much the service was used. Full refunds may not be possible in these cases.

If we experienced extended downtime or delays in customer support response, we may offer a credit to your account as compensation.

3. What we usually don’t refund

To ensure fairness, there are a few situations where we typically do not issue refunds:

  • If your account was actively used over several months (for example, if you sent invoices, connected integrations, or regularly logged in).
  • If you request a refund for charges older than 6 months.
  • If the product was used extensively and the refund is requested just before cancelling.

4. Processing time

Once a refund is approved, we typically process it within 5–7 business days. The actual time it takes for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Get in touch

Every situation is unique. If you’re unsure whether you qualify for a refund, reach out to us at [email protected]. We're here to listen and work with you to find a fair resolution.
